Position Summary

Assistant or Associate Professor of Marine Science, tenure-track beginning August 2017, with an emphasis on shark biology, ecology and/or population dynamics.

Must be qualified to teach introductory and advanced oceanography classes, with interest in physical oceanography, remote sensing, modeling, and/or GIS at both undergraduate and master’s degree level. PhD required by time of appointment.

Active grant-funded research involving undergraduates and masters students is expected, including collaboration with OCEARCH Global Shark Tracker.
