Leadership & Learning
Learn. Apply. Lead.
Learn leadership theories and skills in an engaging, relevant, challenging, problem-based and project-based learning environment.
Apply what you have learned to your own and relevant, real-world situations.
Lead from where you are to transform groups, teams, organizations and communities.
Leadership and Learning is a 34-credit, 18-month cohort program. A new cohort starts each fall semester (August).
There are two master's degree program tracks and one graduate certificate in the Leadership and Learning (LL) program: Educational Leadership (EL) , Instructional Leadership, Training, and Development (ILTD), and Instructional Design (ID).
Educational Leadership (EL) is for aspiring K-12 Assistant Principals or administrators seeking Level I Certification as recognized by the Florida Department of Education. We are not currently accepting applications for this concentration.
Instructional Leadership, Training, and Development (ILTD) is designed for students both within and outside of the traditional public school arena to learn general education theory and practice, leadership theory, education administration, and community-based programs.
Instructional Design (ID) is a graduate certificate that targets the adult population of working professionals who are looking to advance in or post into a learning development role in their organization or receive a learning and development credential. Offered online.
Our tuition rate is competitive with other leadership programs in the area. In many cases, you can complete our 34-credit hour degree for less than you would pay elsewhere and receive the benefits of small-class sizes, unique program design, private education, and the cohort experience.
